Ingredients
Chicken
2 Chicken Breast or Four Thighs , Julien Cut
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
4 Tbsp Flour
4 Tbsp Oil
Method
Marinate Chicken for minimum 30 minutes
Grill on high heat with oil. It should be nice crispy and brown from all sides. Set aside
In a heavy base pan add all ingredients of masala and cook till oil separates. Set aside
In a medium size pan add oil for cooking rice. Once hot add onions and cook till just light brown. Add sliced garlic and fry till light golden brown.
Add Chicken Broth and let it boil. Once boiling add the pre soaked rice after draining water. Cook till Rice are done and water in dried.
Mix all ingredients of yogurt drizzle. Set aside.
Assembling
In the serving dish put the rice first. Add all the tomato masla. Add fried chicken. Drizzle yogurt.
If desired garnish with fresh coriander leaves and thinly sliced onions.

Royal Chicken Rice with Yogurt Drizzle
Masala
2 Big Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Crushed Red Chili
1/4 Cup Oil
Rice
1 Cup Rice, Soak for 30 minutes
1/4 Cup Oil
1 Medium Onion Thinly Sliced
8-10 Gloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Chicken Broth
Yogurt Drizzle
1 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
Notes
Take Fresh chicken.
Fry the chicken on high heat to lock the juices, it will help your chicken to remain tender.
Adjust your salt levels as per your taste..
Adjust Oil levels as per your taste.
Though Re-heated but it results in absorption of yogurt so assemble just before serving.
